Quotes and bookings
Website prices are starting prices. A quote becomes specific only after we receive enough vehicle, location and service information. Tell us about stop-start systems, modifications, restricted access, collision damage or any condition that may affect safe service. A booking is accepted when dispatch or appointment details are confirmed.
Arrival estimates
Arrival times are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, technician location, tower security, basement access, weather, parts and earlier jobs can change the timing. We will provide updated information when a material delay becomes known.
Access and safety
You must have authority to request work on the vehicle and arrange lawful, safe access. The technician may stop or refuse work where the vehicle, location, traffic, heat, fire risk, structural clearance or another condition makes the job unsafe. Parking fees, access permits and recovery restrictions may affect the final scope.
Diagnosis and authorised work
A symptom can have more than one cause. Battery, alternator and basic roadside checks reduce uncertainty but do not replace a full workshop diagnosis. We perform only the work you authorise. Additional faults or parts require a revised quote and approval.
Parts and warranties
Battery and part warranties vary by brand, specification and supplier. Your invoice or warranty record states the applicable period and exclusions. Warranty normally covers qualifying manufacturing defects, not misuse, accident damage, incorrect charging, deep discharge caused by another vehicle fault, unauthorised work or normal wear. Keep the service record and contact us before another party removes a claimed part where reasonably possible.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
Payment is due as agreed in the confirmed quote. Third-party instalment providers have separate eligibility and terms. Tell us promptly if you need to cancel; a reasonable dispatch, attendance, access, diagnostic or special-order charge may apply once resources have been committed. Refunds for returned unused parts, cancelled work or verified warranty claims depend on condition, supplier rules and applicable law.
Towing, recovery and third parties
Towing, recovery, finance, payment and specialist workshop work may be provided or coordinated by third parties. Their availability, acceptance criteria and separate terms may apply. Remove valuables and disclose non-running wheels, low clearance, locked steering, accident damage or access restrictions before recovery.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, location and vehicle details; remain reachable; secure building permission; disclose known hazards; and check the completed work and invoice. Do not drive a vehicle the technician advises is unsafe.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, we are responsible for direct loss caused by our proven breach or negligence, not indirect loss, missed appointments, lost profit or pre-existing vehicle faults. Any limitation is applied only to the extent lawful in the UAE.
Advertising and website information
We aim to keep service descriptions, availability and advertising accurate. Search ads, snippets and website examples do not override the vehicle-specific quote. Images may be illustrative. Promotions apply only within their stated period, area, stock and eligibility conditions.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, subject to mandatory consumer rights. We may update the website terms for future bookings. Contact us through the details shown on this site with questions or complaints.
