Roadside help, day and night
Roadside help in Dubai starts with the battery, so the technician comes equipped for it: a jump start, a battery and charging test, and a replacement fitted on the spot if it is needed. Flat tyre help and recovery are available when it is not the battery.

A car that does not start at the kerb, outside a tower or in a mall car park such as Reem Mall is usually a battery issue. The technician arrives with a jump pack, a battery tester and replacement batteries, so most cases are dealt with in one visit without towing the car anywhere.
The battery and charging system are tested before anything is replaced. If a boost is all the car needs, that is the end of the visit. If the battery has failed, you get a quote on the spot and decide.
AED 99 flat, including a battery and alternator health check.
State of charge, cranking under load, charging output and terminals, included with any visit.
Fitted batteries from AED 249, installed at the kerb or in the car park.
From AED 150 when the fault is not the battery, by flatbed to a garage you choose.
If the test shows the battery needs replacing, the technician fits a compatible one where the car is: a roadside bay, a mall car park or a building's visitor parking. Send the make, model and year when you message so the right battery comes on the first visit, including AGM or EFB for stop-start cars.
The confirmed quote covers the battery, the mobile visit, standard fitting, the test, removal of the old battery for recycling and the warranty, which is up to 24 months depending on the brand. Where the car requires the new battery to be registered, that is done before the technician leaves. Payment is by cash, card, Tabby or Tamara.
For a flat tyre, the technician can fit your spare wheel at the roadside so you can drive to a tyre shop. Let us know if the car has a spare, a space-saver or only a repair kit, and whether the locking wheel nut key is in the car.
When the car does not start after a boost and the battery is not the cause, or the car cannot be driven safely, we arrange flatbed recovery to a garage you choose. Recovery starts from AED 150, and the price for your distance is confirmed before the truck is sent.
Dubai has many similar-looking towers, service roads and multi-level car parks, and a map pin alone can land on the wrong side of a building. A few extra details get the technician to the car directly.
If the car stops in a live traffic lane, switch on the hazard lights and, if it is safe to do so, move to the hard shoulder or a side road. Place the warning triangle behind the car and wait away from the traffic, behind a barrier if there is one.
Tell us when you message if the car is in an unsafe spot. We give you the current arrival estimate, and if the location is not safe for roadside work we can arrange recovery instead.
