What a home battery visit includes

Most Dubai residents park in an allocated bay under or beside their tower, so that is where the visit happens. The technician brings the test equipment, a battery matched to your car and the tools to fit it, and works in the space around the car.

Nothing is replaced until the battery and charging system have been tested. If the battery can still be used, or the fault is elsewhere, we tell you what we found instead of selling a battery you do not need.

  • Battery state of charge and condition test
  • Starting and charging system check before any replacement
  • Compatible battery fitted in your bay, with terminals cleaned and secured
  • Registration or coding of the new battery where your car requires it (confirm your model when you book)
  • Old battery removed from the car and sent for recycling
  • Warranty details given when the battery is fitted
02

Access checklist by parking type

Residential towers in Dubai handle visitors in different ways. Telling us the parking type up front lets the technician plan the route to the car and avoid waiting at a barrier.

Basement parking

Send the tower name, basement level and bay number. Mention any height limit at the ramp, and whether security needs the visitor's name or a vehicle plate before entry.

Podium parking

Share the podium level, the entrance used for that level and the bay. Some podiums are reached through a residents-only gate, so tell us who can open it or register the visit.

Visitor and street parking

If the car is in a visitor bay or on the street outside the building, send a pin and a short description such as the nearest entrance or landmark.

Other home parking

If the car is parked somewhere else at home, tell us the access and we will confirm whether the visit can be arranged.

03

Visitor registration, security and low ramps

Many towers ask residents to register visitors with the security desk or through the building's app. If your building does this, register the visit before the technician arrives, or tell us who at the desk to ask for.

Low-clearance ramps and tight bays are common in basements. Let us know if the car is boxed in, parked nose-in against a wall or sitting on a level with a low ceiling, so the technician brings the right equipment and knows how much room there is to open the bonnet.

  • Register the visit with security, or share who will meet the technician
  • Mention any height limit or narrow ramp
  • Say if the car is nose-in, boxed in or on a charging bay
  • Keep the key nearby so the bonnet can be released
04

Early, late and after-hours visits

The service runs 24/7, so a visit can be arranged before the morning drive, after a late return or over the weekend. Message us with the location and vehicle details and we give the current arrival estimate when you message.

Early and late visits are where clear access details matter most. If the security desk changes shift overnight or the visitor gate closes at a certain hour, tell us so the technician is not held at the entrance.

05

Handing access to an authorised contact

You do not need to be standing at the car. An authorised contact such as a family member, driver, building staff or a colleague with the key can meet the technician and release the bonnet.

You stay in control of the decision. The technician shares the test result, and you approve the battery and fitted price by phone or WhatsApp before any work starts.

06

What you need to do, and what we take care of

Fitted batteries start from AED 249. The confirmed quote covers the battery, the mobile visit, standard fitting, the test, removal of the old battery for recycling and the applicable warranty, which is up to 24 months depending on the brand.
